I've been going to Vancouver Smiles Dentistry for years so this isn't just a one time review, Everyone on staff is exceptionally nice not in a fake corporate way but in a genuinely caring for your well being way. The reception staff is always available and willing to work with your schedule if you have an emergency they will do whatever they can to get you in if at all possible. Every hygienist I've seen has been knowledgeable and thorough while being friendly and taking the time to explain any procedures but the absolute star of the show is Dr. Mena. What can I say Dr.Mena makes going to the dentist enjoyable you feel like your part of her family she's so caring and truly cares about your comfort and results. I recently had an implant put in and when the tooth came back the color was wrong for the part on the crown that was to match my gums Dr.Mena immediately called them and had a new crown made to match the way it was always supposed to making sure I got the best results. They bring in Oral Surgeons I believe once a month so you don't have to find other doctors if you need a surgical remedy and you can trust Dr.Mena is involved ensuring your best results. They also have an in house lab so you can have your crowns done same day. I highly recommend. TLDR: Dr.Mena and her staff are the best come here!

Had an absolutely fantastic experience here. The staff was so friendly and the office space was so nice and clean. Dr. Andy Bui was very thorough in explaining everything he was doing so I could understand more about my oral health. The dental assistant, also named Andy, was friendly as well. I drove 30 mins to be seen here after hearing really positive things about this dental office. I highly recommend this practice if you’re looking for good and thorough dental care.

I was referred to this dental provider from my wonderful daughter . I was having issues with my previous provider with billing The lack of follow up. went in to see Dr. Mena , Excellent provider, very professional, personable and kind. I give a shout out to all the staff. They provided friendly professional Care with empathy Also want to acknowledge Dr. Andy I had to have a root canal. He was amazing professional, kind and excellent with the service he provided. I would recommend this Smile dentistry to anyone for their oral care. I would give a 10 star if could .
